On 3.9.2011 some more testing was performed on the little white datsun coupe.Steve has now reached a new pb of 7.35@187mph. Off the trailer ran a 7.6,then 7.37,then a 7.35. Final run seen the car break traction in 3rd gear running a 7.4.

On 14th August 2011 at wsid, Steve took his datsun 1200 coupe out for some testing. With a new engine combination, ran a new personal best time of  7.3 @184mph.  

Steve competed in the NSW championship series round 1 on 30-31st July 2011 at wsid. Racing his datsun 1200 coupe, he completed with a personal best time of 7.53 @ 180mph  and backed it up in the final round with a 7.58 @ 179mph and won.
