Sydney jamboree 2013
The sydney jamboree event is one of sdr motorsport's bigger race events of the year. The event was held at sydney dragway on 6-7th april 2013. The saturday didn't get off to a good start as poor rainy weather conditions persisted and the event was cancelled till the following day. The sunday morning weather was looking better for a good race day planned. Steve prepared his datsun coupe and with his new engine combo was looking good to run some good numbers. Having a few issues at the start line still managed 7.4@191mph. Just as the final rounds were about to begin, rain fell and the event had to be cancelled again.
Summernats 26 event
Sdr Motorsport had two cars attending the huge once a year car show. This event showed over 1600 elite and street cars. Attracting over 100,000 spectators and a special event of having broken the guinness world record of most amount of cars doing a simultaneous burnout. A total of 69 cars taking part.
Extreme car salon
The Extreme car salon event which was held on 18th november 2012 out at fairfield showground. Many beautiful cars were on show, along with thirteen of our customer cars we had on display . OLD RX3 won 1st place in extreme rotor class and Tony Bosco's RX2 won 2nd place in extreme rotor class. Take a view of these winning cars and more in our image gallery.
2013 Calendar
Sdr motorsport has on offer this year, new 12 month calendars for 2013. With a wide variety of our customer cars, both street and drag cars such as mazda rx2's and rx3's, mazda 1200, 200sx etc.

Some new pbs for our customer cars
A few days ago at wsid wednesday night street meets,three of our customers had some good racing results to smile about. Our first customer Ciprian Pascu's RE12AT mazda 808 has improved to a best run of 10.9
Myles McAnulty's OLDRX3 ran a new pb of 10.8.
And Trent file's HEDAYK ran 10.8@130mph.
qld jamboree event held at willowbank raceway
Steve and his crew headed for a long drive up to willowbank raceway qld for the Jamboree event which is held every year. The two day event saw the datsun coupe produce some good results, competing in the pro compact class of a field of eleven drag cars, Steve top qualified on saturday with a 7.28@187mph. The following day, Steve made it to finals against Ben bray but unfortunately ended runner up. The highlight of the weekend was running a new pb of 190mph.
